Privacy and cookies

This page explains what information Soul Studio Code uses and how you can control optional measurement.

Contact form information

When you send an inquiry, the CMS stores your name, email address, optional subject, message and language so the request can be handled and answered. An HMAC hash of the IP address is also stored for operational controls; this form does not store the IP in plain text.

Preferences, cookies and local storage

When you change the language, the site stores that preference in a cookie named soul_lang for one year. Your optional measurement choice is stored in this browser as soul_tracking_consent_v1. When those measurements are enabled, you can change your choice with the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. Google Tag Manager loads only if you accept both analytics and marketing; tags in that container must respect Google consent settings. Meta Pixel loads only after you accept marketing. These services are activated only when their real identifiers are configured in the admin panel.

You can reject optional measurement without affecting the site or contact form. Providers may receive technical information and browsing events when a service is enabled. Consult their privacy notices for details about their practices.

Contact and requests

For a privacy-related question, use the contact form. Available public contact details are also shown on that page.
